New Client Information:

 

New clients must submit our registration form so we can best accommodate your dog's needs during their stay. After you complete their registration, we will send our electric waiver by email. It may take until the following business day for the electronic waiver to show up in your inbox. 

 

Vaccination Requirements:
 

All dogs must be up to date on their Distemper, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations. Please email proof of vaccinations before your dog's stay to info@countylinek9resort.com.
 

​Room Together Plans:

 

Our facility offers a $5 discount per night for dogs that can share a kennel, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for your furry friends! They need to be able to eat and rest together in the same kennel.

Amenities and Accommodations:

 

Play Areas: Large indoor and outdoor play areas for daytime play, unlimited potty breaks, and comfy couches and beds.

Private Kennels: Each boarding dog has their own private 4x6 kennel for naps during the day and sleeping overnight.

Provided Essentials: We offer dog beds, bowls, and blankets for your convenience.
 

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times:​

 

Boarding drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only. Drop-off and pick-up times are available between

7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. You will select the time that works best for you when requesting an appointment. Please arrive only at your scheduled time.

 

Reservation Policies:

A 50% deposit is required for boarding accommodations of 4 nights or more. Reservations are only confirmed once the deposit is received. Deposits can be made via emailed invoice or by phone. Invoice for deposit will be emailed within 24 hours of appointment request. The remaining balance is due at pickup.​

Our boarding rate is $45 per calendar day, with a minimum charge of $55 for an overnight stay when dropping off in the evening and picking up the next morning.

Food and Medication:

 

Please portion your dog's food in individual bags labeled with their name.

We are happy to administer medications at no extra charge.
